For a pleasant and relaxing stay, the B&B VILLA LE MAGNOLIE offers you a historic villa furnished with style.

The house is located on the lake shore and has a garden with private access directly to the beach, promenade cycle-pedestrian track.

On the ground floor there is the kitchen (private) with space for the breakfast buffet, a living room in front of an old fireplace, a dining room and a reading room with some texts available to guests. 

At guests' disposal there is also a fridge where they can store and keep their belongings cool.

Outside there is a balcony with a loggia for outdoor breakfast in front of a flowered balcony. Finally, our garden, with its majestic and centenary magnolias, where you can spend pleasant hours surrounded by greenery. There you will find at your disposal deckchairs for pleasant sunbathing and relaxing hours immersed in silence, with the only sound of the waves of the lake and the song of birds. 

The three rooms are all located on the first floor accessible by an internal staircase and some even with an external staircase. All rooms have access to the terrace on the lake (common area), equipped with chairs and tables. In addition, all rooms have private bathrooms.

An external staircase leads to the terrace overlooking the lake in front of the rooms and with a breathtaking view.
